With the project the staff is intended to learn subjects easily within the scope of the assessment of standards which are being executed in the Ministry of health as "Hospital
service quality Standards" and also standards named as "local productivity scorecard evaluations" which are being executed within Public Hospitals Authority in Turkey.
One of the targeted aim of mobile game application "SAĞKAL" is providing opportunity of "health care quality standards education" which are taken by all of hospital staff fairness by anytime and anywhere and also having fun while learning.
The ultimate aim with this application is creating corporate culture of " Hospital service quality standards " between hospital staff and providing more effective health care service.

Proje ile Sağlık Bakanlığı Sağlıkta Kalite ve Akreditasyon Daire Başkanlığı bünyesinde
yürütülmekte olan “Hastane Hizmet Kalite Standartları” çalışmaları ve değerlendirmeleri ile
Türkiye Kamu Hastaneleri Kurumu bünyesinde yürütülmekte olan yerinde verimlilik karne
değerlendirmeleri kapsamında hazırlanmış standartların sahada çalışan tüm personele
ulaşımını kolaylaştıracak ve daha etkili bir öğrenme sağlayacak interaktif bir eğitim portalı
olarak hazırlanan “SAĞ. KAL.” Mobil oyun uygulaması ile sadece kalite denetimleri
döneminde aktiflenen kalite standartları eğitimlerinin bütün hastane çalışanları tarafından her
zaman her yerde kendi istekleri ile kolayca ulaşıp eğlenirken öğrenmelerine fırsat sağlanarak,
hastane çalışanları arasında hastane hizmet kalite standartlarının bir kurum kültürü haline
gelmesi ve daha ekili sağlık bakım hizmeti sunulması amaçlanmıştır.
